Tasked with providing property advisory, project delivery strategy, development management, design management and contract superintendent services, the project’s key challenges included a major building re-positioning while existing tenants, including a bank and two radio stations, were in occupation.

Additionally, a major street refurbishment was required, demanding meticulous planning and execution to maintain public access throughout the process.

Outcome

The outcome of this project was a resounding success. The combination of successful feasibility and a market-responsive design led to securing long-term tenants for all vacancies, including the renewal of the major ground floor tenant.
