In the 7 years following graduation, Aman has been able to consolidate an Architectural and Construction Management background with Project Management experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Aman assumed the design and project management lead of a significant institutional project, directing research into, and incorporation of BIM practices to improve the organisations efficiencies and QA procedures. Aman’s hands-on role as an on-site Project Architect allowed him to develop a direct understanding of construction detailing, contract administration and sub-contractor management, along with the application of Value Engineering systems to meet Cost and Program parameters.
Experience as a Project Architect in India inspired a career switch to Project Management. With commitment to ongoing development Aman completed a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. This has provided Aman with exposure to the Australian construction industry and has enabled him to combine his Design and Construction Management experience to proactively add value to every project.
